A very good Christmas buffet. We had a 1:30 reservation for 4 people. We were seated on time, at a table in a nice location. The tables looked pretty, with colored linens and poinsettias. The food selection was impressive and we enjoyed everything we sampled. The price was reasonable. And the piano player added a festive touch. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. No room service, room dirty, person at desk snippy, was to have a room on first floor because I’m handicapped, got room on 2nd floor in middle of hall. No elevator just stairs. Employees standing in front of entrance of lobby smoking. Wastebasket in bathroom not empty. Would not return to stay again....
This is the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had! The girl at the front desk was rude, the room smelled like ear wax, we had to push together 2 twin size beds for my fiancé and I to sleep together, and the cherry on top....woke up to the pounding sounds of construction RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!!!! Check out is at 12:00pm but the construction started bright and early at 8:00 am!
Absolutely disgusting! The maids don't clean the rooms, and should be fired. There were so many cobwebs, stains, blood on the sheets, an empty gatorade bottle on the floor, hair on the pillow, and a horrible odor. It made my skin crawl. Thankfully the manager moved us to a different room, but I will never stay here again. Get it together BW. Your hotel chain put a bad taste in my mouth now.
No problem with reservations and front desk. Very accommodating. However, our first room was disgusting. It had dirt on the floor, mold on the door frames, mold on the baseboards around the room, and on the curtains. I immediately went to the front desk who kindly moved us to a second room. This room was so much better and much more clean.
Me and my wife stayed there this past week(9/18/18).There was a lady at the front desk who was so very helpful I checked in around 8 in the morning her help was so appreciated( wish I got her name) we had some minor flooding at home and she was so understanding.. Thanks Again

The pool was really nice. The room was small but comfortable. The water in the bathroom wasn't the hottest. The breakfast had plenty of choices but no flavor. They did however offer a military discount.
