After spending 3 weeks at 3 different camper stores we couldn't help but keep coming back to berryland. This was our first camper purchase and we ended up with a 43 ft. Xlr thunderbolt toy hauler. We bought a new Wildcat 5th wheel 2 months ago. During walk thur we were shown both rocker recliners had tears and seam rips. We were told and it was documented. We were asured that they would be replaced within two weeks. We were told that they could not take chairs from another trailer. Pictures were taken by Berryland and serial numbers documented. I have a question? How many of you were told you have to climb on the roof in the first 90 days after and with in every 90 after you drive off the lot and check for leaks? It is strange they didn't check it when they changed the air conditioner 4 months ago. The air is out again and all the molding is buckling. It was our responsibility to check the roof. Oh by the way your warranty on the roof is for only 90 days and that $4000. extended warranty doesn't cover the roof. My RV is less than a year old and we have one problem ... read more
I have purchased several campers from Berryland. A few months ago I tried to trade my present o e in and purchase a new one. The sale person acted like they did not want to be bother withe. I will bring my business else where for now own!!!
We email Berryland Camper about a Motorhome Tuesday night. Wednesday morning at 7:30am Jock Milton has emailed us back. The funny think about that is they don't open till 8:30am!!! He informed us that he will check on that unit and get back to us. Well make a long story short we bought a 2017 Coachman Pursuit and love it. Love every step of the way, from the walk through to signing the paperwork, the nice gift basket and the gift card they give you to use in the RV store. We had our trailer worked on and let me tell you they are the greatest Service Advisor Maureen Montalbano went beyond her service to help us It is so great to work with a sweet, honest, person someone u feel u can trust if u have any problems with your trailer or bring it in for a checkup ask for Maureen you won't be sorry
We've had our camper for 2 1/2 years, and we love it!!! Highly recommend Berryland Campers! They have a great selection!! We've also brought our camper in to be serviced! Ms. Ruth, in the service department, is top notch!! She went above and beyond what she had to do!!
I would of gave them a 5 but since they find it ok to charge you a ton of money for a pinnacle junk washer that only last 1-3weeks. We've bought 2 campers and we opted for washers in each. Camper #1 washer worked 1 week waited until we were done working took it back in and they replaced it and it worked 1 week as well. Camper#2 bought camper 3 weeks ago washer is doing the same as the other one. Will not drain.....so I guess now we will go pay 1,000 and buy a decent washer and when we get done working I expect Berryland to r... read more
