I Brought a Camper from Berryland on June 20,2017 after a couple of times campers found some problems. I brought the camper back to Berryland for the repairs. The Customer service I received was hands down GREAT, Ms. Jackie came outside when I arrived to go over the problems, she called me when it was ready to be picked up again came outside with me again to assure all work was completed THANK YOU Ms. JACKIE for all that you did
Service is absolutely no good. After purchasing my new camper Berryland will not fix any of the problems they just create new ones. And don't fix any of the problems. Just give you the run around Berryland thinks they are doing you a favor by working on your camper.
Luke was my salesman. I drove in from Toledo Bend on the Texas side looking for a 5th wheel for my husband to live in for work. We looked at the Crusader and we worked out the perfect deal and was able to have it ready for my walk thru in just a couple of days, including adding a second AC unit. The Service Department went above and beyond getting my hitch installed also. They had my unit set up in the camping section with the AC running when I got back the following Saturday to take to Memphis. Definitely would recommend.
They did what they said they were going to do! Great place all the way around!!
Everyone at Berryland was very welcoming and friendly. The owner was very personable and visited with us for a while. The salesman Billy did a great job. So did the the business manager Mark. Travis did a wonderful job on our walk through. Definitely would recommend going to Berryland!We had a great experience!
Well my husband is on his way back from there. Just got us a wolf pup Wednesday. Very nice people. Free bottle of water, popcorn, and pet friendly. They are great.
Very disappointed in the deal they offered, it was beyond ridiculous.
