Bryce was great! He was patient with us, answered all my (stupid) questions, and was available for follow up after the purchase. We had a great experience there.
We bought our 1st and 2nd camper from Berryland. We found we were given a flat tire as a spare and they will do nothing to correct this issue. We were talking about getting a 5th wheel from Berryland, but not giving my business to an unethical company.
23 March 2018, I purchased a new 2018 Sportsmen 181BH travel trailer. The very day that I purchased it, water sprayed from behind the bathtub, covered my bathtub floor with water which leaked under the wall into the bunk house. Water has also leaked into the underbelly of my camper and is holding there making the under belly like a wet, soggy diaper. Berryland does not care. There is no plan on fixing it.
