So, we bought a NEW OPEN RANGE 5th wheel 2 years ago.... $60,000. Crazy how poor it is build. Berryland has had it in for repairs more than I have used it. Berryland sells poor quality campers and then when you take them in for WARRANTY they keep them for months! YES I SAID MONTHS! Our camper has been at Berryland since September 21, 2017.......... we have lost the whole fall . No camping with the grandkids. LOST TIME CAN NEVER BE GIVEN BACK.
Well after the other day with the wrong information I posted something and is soon as I posted they are in a berryland has reached out And fixed all the wrong information and is working with me with the camper that I want and they do order and seen a sales person yesterday it was very nice had tons of information showed me a lot of things about the camper and so With all of that being said I do think they are a great place to deal with
We've been treated so good by everyone from sales to serve. We are happy campers.
We purchased an RV in May, our salesman was Ronnie Sims, very knowledgeable and patient. Just picked it up after having minor repairs/adjustments. Everything was done except an outdoor speaker which will be installed at a later date, we couldn’t be happier with Berryland!
I would like people to know that we have a fifth wheel cedar creek. We purchased from Berryland. It has been at the service department for over a month. Very minor things that could have been fixed In a week or so but it sat there for 3 weeks before it was even looked at. Service after the sale is terrible. We have called and checked on it and all you get is the run around. You call people don’t call you back. It is brand new. They sure do take your money and run, .
