Salesman was great! Was very knowledgeable and didn't push us to buy something we didn't want. We went to multiple dealerships the day we purchased our camper and Berryland had the best service and price!
This is a large dealership, which means they have the advantage of selling rvs at a discount. I deliver for a company, I own my truck, I am a disabled veteran medically retired. I drive to 100s of dealerships across US and Canada. This place treats it's delivery drivers worse than any other place I've been. Not just on one occasion but several times. We just bought our new 5th wheel, our salesman Rudy was amazing. Since we were driving down from Shreveport he made sure we weren't making a wasted trip. He took pictures and texted them to us and after many phone calls and texts we drove down. And it went exactly the way he said. Unlike our last purchase from the guys down the road, we were in and driving out within a couple hours. Thanks Berryland team for your great customer service.
Tried to deal with several salespeople thru internet before driving hours to their office but nobody seems to care about us say they will get back to u but i think 2 days is a little much to wait to talk to someone
Great experience. I spoke with Jackie in the service dept three days before my scheduled appointment. I wanted to find out if they had my replacement steps in stock or needed to be ordered. Jackie was a great asset. She was able to get us in three days early. I had advised her that my wife has cancer and this would be her last trip that weekend. We live in Tn, and called many dealerships wanting to find the best rv for us. We talked to Alex Forrest at Berryland, who answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Went to do minor repair to my class c camper. Had to replace the plumbing vent cap on the top of my camper.
