Just found out Berryland can refuge warranty work if they choose. The warranty is through the manufacture. So all their concerned with is the SELL. If they refuge the service AND THEY WILL if it's a big repair. You are at the mercy of the manufacture to find some dealer that will do the repairs. That being said don't buy from Berryland or far from home. Lesson learned!!
I've owned 4 campers. The worst service I have ever received is from berry land hands down by far! Now our salesman was as good as good be expected! No complaints with him!! But to purchase a brand new camper with 4 slides, take it camping once! Find 19 things wrong with it, now some were minor. Call them 10 days after pulling it home from first trip less than a month after buying it. They tell me they can look at it in 5 weeks!!! Now mind you I still have not even paid the first note!!!
These guys are great. Jude my sales rep was top notch and honest. The other people there were also very nice.
We were supposed to bring our camper to get fixed at Dixie but they flooded and can't take anything on since they have to go thru with insurance adjusters and clean out. Using berryland in the past with other campers called them to have camper serviced only to be RUDELY told no you are a Dixie customer and we won't take new people on!!! All for an AC issue. Berryland will NEVER get business from me. During disasters you help each other not act like a child because we did not buy from you.
I bought my camper in may. The first week a window was leaking. It soaked half of the bedroom carpet. Brought in for repair. Made two camping trips with no major issues. Third trip had another window leak and the awning pulled loose from the wall. Brought in for repairs and they found two more windows leaking. Fourth trip the awning pulled out of the wall and broke the bracket. One window still leaking. There is nothing solid in the wall where the screws pulled out, only styrofoam. At first we was skeptical due to talking with a few salesman that never got back with us but after speaking to Christian we made the trip down and found the perfect camper... up to the time we purchased our camper was 5 star... once we got there to do the paperwork we was never once thanked by our salesman or anyone else for our purchase!! We was rushed thru the store to use our gift certificate because they had 3 minutes until closing time and we live a state away so it wasn't like we could come back the next day... so need... read more
We shopped for about 3 weeks straight!!! Berryland by far was the greatest all around. Mr Louis Sansone was the best salesman. They always were courteous,warm, and friendly. Got the best fifth wheel with the best deal. Lol. Plus they always had delicious free food,cold water, and fresh popcorn. Will only deal with them from now on.
