Bought a 200,000.00 Motorhome brand new. Have had countless problems from day one. The dealership is 5 hours from me so all I asked is to help me find someone close that would service it. No luck so I'm on my home, just paid 500 for a steering wheel problem that the salesman knew about the day I left. That's just one of many problems I will be on my own trying to get fixed unless I want to make a 10 hour round trip for things that should have been taken care of at the time of purchase. I would definitely not recommend.
Love the service I received from my salesman Craig. He was willing and able to help us get the trailer we wanted. Now can't wait to make some memories.
Drove between Lafayette and Ponchotoula looking for a new camper. Spent several days going back to Berryland. From day 1, we met our salesman, Brad Ray. Told him what we liked and wanted. Very nice guy, honest and patient. I was very satisfied with the sale, the walk through of our 2017 Flagstaff. I would highly recommend Berryland for your next camper.

I want to express my appreciation for the service department at Berryland Campers. The work was accomplished to my satisfaction and I was kept updated during the whole process. I have been RV camping for over thirty years and this is the best service that I have ever received. I traveled over a hundred miles to bring my 5th wheel here for service.
Today my family purchased our second camper from Berryland and was very pleased with the service. Christian was a wonderful sales representative. The owner even came up and introduced himself. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great service along with a great price tag!
I have heard that they have a tendency to try to beat people out of deposits. More disturbing, they tried to beat a veteran out of a deposit he left with them. It is troubling to think that in todays' world a business would try to take advantage of our veterans. Will be spreading the word amongst my veteran friends and family to avoid this business until I hear that they make amends.
Do not do business with Berryland. They are a crew of crooks. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And I am following up with a complaint to the state attorney's office
