My wife and I were interested in tradind our used rv on a new 2016 model that Berryland carried. They quoted a price with our trade. We drove over from our home about a hundred miles to sign the deal. As we exited the interstate my cell rang and it was the salesman telling me he had bad news. He said his sales manager told him to call us and inform us he was adding another $10, 000 to the price he had quoted!!! We immediately turned around and went home.

These guys were great! We had to deal with the sales department and the service department and both were very helpful, informative and not pushy. We have already decided if, or I guess I should say WHEN, we buy a new camper we will definitely deal with Berryland again. I strongly recommend these guys! Thanks Ms. Karla for all your help!
Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a camper & come to find out it had water damage & fiber glass was coming off & wood was rotten. They acted like they didn't know. Will never go back & would not recommend anyone shopping there.

We purchased a used 2012 Spree in January as we needed temporary housing after our home was destroyed in a tornado dec 23rd. We were told about the extended warranty and thought about it a couple days. Thankfully we purchased it because we noticed a water leak and a couple other things after we were in it a few weeks. I've purchased 4 RVs from Berryland. For the last ten years I've driven nearly 3 hours from home to do business with them. They have consistently taken care of me. In sales and service.
My husband and I purchased a new Kz Goldfish Klondike ...we had a few mishaps BUT the staff was very efficient about getting the kinks out especially Lloyd and Pete were great in the service dept and CRAIG was exceptional in every way possible. CRAIG went out of his way and a few more people lol to satisfy our every need. We certainly will come back when we get an upgrade and send all our friends your way.....Thanks again we love unit
