Buyer Beware! Horrible product and unsatisfactory unreasonable solutions to issues. First, I'm not one to write reviews, but my experience with Berryland has been outrageously poor and someone has to be accountable for poor products or service. I bought a BRAND NEW Ace Thor Class A motorhome in June. On the first trip, the wires fried and almost lit our camper on fire. My wife (Angie) and I got to Berryland Campers Wednesday morning right at the time they opened. We met with Craig Naquin our sales rep who than took us out to look at a few travel trailers. We knew the manufacture and type we wanted. We were able to settle on the 8328BHIKWS Flagstaff Classic Super Lite by Forest River. Going into it we knew it was going to take some time. THEY LIE TO GET THE SALE THEN FORGET YOU. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
This was my first camper purchase. The salesman Christian was a huge help. It was a rainy day and he still took the time to show us around. Everything was set up and ready for us when we got there to pick it up. I cant say enough about the whole experience ,it went so well. I guess you can say I'm a Happy Camper!
