I am absolutely appalled at the service of Berryland Campers. To see the same issue time after time on the reviews and thinking, for sure that isn't still happening, right? WRONG!! We live in ours and yet they still think it is okay to keep it for 4 weeks. Really? If the way the company is running isn't working, why not fix the problem? So it all started when it flooded I was told go see Blake Fritcher he tells me I'm gonna do everything to help you and your family out of the gutted house yep he done that straight into a 60,000$ debt that my family only got to keep for 2/3 weeks then had to take it back due to 25+ things wrong with it and it has been there almost 2 months yes they are warranty repairs I get that but later down the line not within a month, oh by the way while you and your families are in a nice warm bed with heat remember my family and I are... read more
There is no service after the sale. Brought camper in for warranty work it stayed there for 5 months. Simple fixes were prolonged due to tub being ordered wrong 3 times. Was told camper was ready to pick up only to drive there and find water all inside camper and wood had soaked it up in some places. So I wasted a trip there and had to cancel a camping trip with no refund. Took another 6 weeks for that to be repaired. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Just picked up my motor home for warranty work. Was complete 10 days before agreed upon date and no issues noted. Thanks Ed for getting us back on the road.
We had our camper fixed after it was damaged on our way to Cajun Palms. They had wonderful customer service and we were very happy with their work. We highly recommend buying from Berryland. Ms Ruth was the bomb!! Thanks for all your help.
We purchased a camper in September 2015. We were told molding needed to be changed in camper and was ordered. 13 months later still waiting to get phone call that it have come in. We will be trading in far bigger one soon! Won't be from Berryland.
I got a Puma and I Love it . More than my House. 3 months after we got it my Ex left me for another women and took my Camper. So Our Dream for my Daughter and I Is to Get Another one . It was A beautiful camper its Going to be hard to find one is pretty is that One I am determined to get me and my daughter another one we enjoyed it so much .they were So helpful in Making Our Dream Come true.
