Star quality salon!! Since the birth of the Thomas Bernards Hair salon, Now called Bernards, I have always, and I mean always been treated with the best of services. The staff, management, and overall ambience is upscale.I have been to quite a few salons, but this one is one of the best in South Jersey. Great job Anthony! Keep up the good work. Thomas would be proud of you!!
Not worth your time nor your money I have been there a several times and overall I had a horrible experience. Everybody is rushing, they do crappy job, they are either overbooked or stressed about something. It happened once, I thought, well happens, second time, I thought maybe I should give them another chance, third time--decided to find another salon. You don't want to go there if you want to relax/have a good haircut/service and be treated nicely.
I work hard for my Money... I have been a loyal customer with Bernards Nail Salon for 5 years Throughout this period of time, I have noticed a major change on how this service area has been represented. The selection of nail polish has declined,as well as the general attitude of the establishment. I feel that no matter how many times I have complained of this fact,it has fallen on deaf ears. Eh!! Not great! I purchased a groupon for $65 for a 1 hour massage and a 1 hour facial. Each service was only 45 minutes. The girls who did the services were very nice. I have no complaints about the actual services except that they were not the full hour.
My Make-over Haircut and a Stylist that Listened! So far I have to rate my experience at Bernard's in Marlton very favorably. I was in the area and called to see if I could drop in and get a haircut. When I explained that I was wanting to get some new style recommendations, the "girl" on the phone seemed to match me up with someone she felt could help me with my request. Bullsh*t Anyone who gave Benard's a bad review is full of it. I've been going to Bernard's for all my hair, skin, and nail services for years and it is the best salon I know of. Why else would people travel all the way from New York to get their services done there. If there is anything wrong with Bernard's it is definitely the clients. Majority of the people who come into the salon are the scum of the earth and they rudest people I've ever seen. Color Correction Connection Bernards is where I got the best color in 20 years. From brassy blonde to cooler blone with lowlights. The most expensive looking color ever.
Bad people skills detract from the experience I went to Bernard's for years for color and highlights - but I only put up with it because I was co-dependent on my colorist.
God aweful front desk service personnel I reluctantly return to this salon & that is only because of Kristen; she does the best job on my eyebrows. Other than that the customer service is absolutely terrible. When I schedule an appointment, the receptionist is rude and short....like it is a privilege that I am calling to give them business. I currently work in a laboratory at prestigious university & would look ridiculous dressed to the 9s for a normal work day; but that doesn't mean I should be treated as some sort of scab ... read more
