Massage was wonderful, but the manicure NOT SO MUCH I went in for a birthday massage and a manicure. I will say the massage was WONDERFUL. I think his name was jeff.. Then i went for my manicure.. I waited in my chair for 5 minutes for her to come back- when she came back she didnt even look at me- just started to talk to the girl next to her. I definately felt like i was being rushed. Bernard's Marlton I also purchased a facial & massage groupon. The massage was mediocre at best. It did nothing to relieve any of my muscle tension. I would rate it the worst of massages I have gotten. The girl doing the facial didn't tell me about any of the products that were being used or ask me about my skin. Bernards in Marlton I go to the Bernards in Marlton. Karri W cuts and colors my hair. She is wonderful. She is very sweet. She does an excellent job, no brassy blonde color, just a very flattering blonde. I adore her and wouldnt go anywhere else....even though there receptionists are not the friendliest or brightest.
Bullsh*t Anyone who gave Benard's a bad review is full of it. I've been going to Bernard's for all my hair, skin, and nail services for years and it is the best salon I know of. Why else would people travel all the way from New York to get their services done there. If there is anything wrong with Bernard's it is definitely the clients. Whoever takes me to that back room is awesome, anyone up front sucks I have been going to Benard's for a few years now. Because I'm usually away at school, I don't frequent it enough to know a specific person, but I just go for waxing, usually just bikini and underarm. I have always had fantastic results no matter who used me and I've never gotten the same person twice. But the recepcionists are always catty, rude and overlymade up. Great hairdresser I use Vicki at Bernard's. She is especially great with curly hair. I have had manicures, pedicures and facials at this location as well and they do a great job.
GREAT NAILS AND WAXING I have been a client at Bernard's for almost 10 years and I have to say it is a wonderful salon. Everyone there is friendly and talented. I try to use all the services when I can, but mostly I do waxing and nails. Erika has been doing my nails forever and she is AMAZING!!!
