Not a happy customer On Saturday, March 22, 2008 I went to Bernards as a treat for myself. My husband set the appointment up. I was thrilled with the idea of a spa treatment after spending the past month in and out of the hospital because of migraines.
Whoever takes me to that back room is awesome, anyone up front sucks I have been going to Benard's for a few years now. Because I'm usually away at school, I don't frequent it enough to know a specific person, but I just go for waxing, usually just bikini and underarm. I have always had fantastic results no matter who used me and I've never gotten the same person twice. But the recepcionists are always catty, rude and overlymade up. salon This is not the place to go to if you are looking to save a few dollars. It is quite pricey but the service is great and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It can get somewhat busy here at certain times of the year and it is good if you are a regular customer. I have been very pleased with my hair color and have received compliments
OK Bernards Salon and Spa is located in a strip mall and is quite pricey for that type of location. I went here once and was very dissatisfied with the end result. The stylist did not do what I asked and what I got was extremely unflattering. I believe she just did not know what to do with curly hair. However, many friends who frequent Bernards are very happy with the experience.
Not just for women Bernards Hair Design & Spa is not just for women! I have been there twice and both times was really pleased with how comfortable they make men feel there. They have excellent hair stylest that work well with all types of hair. They also offer spa treatments, I haven't tried them yet but will next time I'm there. The wait time isn't too bad if you call ahead and make an appointment. They don't care too much for walk ins.
Bernard's Rocks! If you consider yourself high maintenance, this may just be the salon for you. It offers a full array of services. You can plan on spending hours being treated to the best in a wash, cut, color, blow dry, set, and style. You can then move on to a manicure and pedicure. They stylists are warm and friendly. Friendly Spa I've been to Bernards several times for various services including bikini wax, manicure and pedicure. I would highly recommends the spa pedicure- very relaxing massage chairs and friendly experienced staff. The salon is also very clean and sanitary. The prices are pretty good for a spa too. The only downside was that the pedicure took much longer than I expected but then again who can complain about that- as long as you have the time! bernards haircut i used bethany for my haircut, she is something else when i go into see here she is wonderful very friendly and always willing to assist me when i have absolutly no idea as to how to cut my hair, i have reccomended her to others and find this establishment to be top class always able to help with suggestions and appointments at all different times of the day as i need..
Great hairdresser I use Vicki at Bernard's. She is especially great with curly hair. I have had manicures, pedicures and facials at this location as well and they do a great job.
