I have been coming here for probably 10 years. They have seen all 4 dogs on multiple occasions. I love my vet! However, emergencies happen when she is on vacation or asleep at night. Severe flea allergy, cardboard stuck in throat, deep paw lacerations and on and on. I leave this facility every time feeling relieved....except once. That one time we came in because we knew it was time for our beloved Baxter to be put to sleep to avoid his suffering. Their staff was so kind. I thank them for the paw print, for giving us the tim... read more

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Took our 9 month Pomeranian in on a Sunday because it appeared she had broken her right front leg. So after everything they did I was quite pleased initially even though the price was extremely high... but I thought since it was a Sunday that it was to be expected. They charged for every little thing people did back there. So after $900+ for a splint, the visit, medicine, monitoring fees, etc. we thought at least she has something on her to protect her leg. Well one week later the splint just ... read more

My cat was hit by a car and my mom took him in. He was pretty messed up but they refused to do any payment setup and wanted 1250 dollars off the bat which I don't have. I had to put my best buddy to sleep because all this place cares about is fucking my. I had to pay almost 100 dollars to get his ashes. Fucking assholes. $$$$. So much for this vet trying to save animals lives.

We rushed our dog here at 7 am last Monday because he woke up lethargic and unable to walk. After running a slew of tests, checking the cost with us first and helping us determine a treatment plan that we could afford, Dr. Paligos determined a diagnosis for us that he was able to treat. We weren't able to confirm it without going over our budget and he understood this and agreed to send us home with meds to hopefully treat the infection he presumed my dog had. My husband was undergoing a procedure for his back that same morn... read more

We had two good experiences. Thank God for this place. I don't want to sound like a douche bag. But the doctors and staff are professionals. the doctors are not there to be your best friend - they're great at treating emergency situations.

The staff here we're very good and respectful of the situation that my pet and myself were in. Thank you for your time and consideration.

They were fairly quick in dealing with my distressed dog, with her jaw caught inside a round dog bone & tongue clamped down underneath it. She had to undergo emergency surgery to remove the bone. They did an excellent job and were very professional.

While I cannot comment on non emergency services they provide, my experience with their emergency services was not a positive one. Our one year old lab experienced an episode that sounded like she was choking on something. We rushed her to this center. We were told by the receptionist it could be kennel cough to wait in our vehicle for a triage person to come out and assess. It took over 15 mins for someone to come out. The person advised she thought it might be the cough also so a tech would take us thru a separate door to ... read more
