went there once there was a woman who waseer go back would nev so rud
they just want your money. my cat is currently choking on plastic and keeps trying to throw it up and cant get it up. so i bring him here and they dont have an endoscope to look in him which means they have no way to take it out. Tbey did offer to do 1 thousand dollars worth of x rays and test that wont show any plastic in photos anywsy. so i badically paid 200 bucks for an exam just for them to tell me they cant do anything for plastic that i need to go to malvern pa. Had to take my cat here he had a urethral obstruction and needed emergency surgery ! I was so stressed out as I never dealt with anything like this before ! The staff here immediately took my cat to be examined and were so nice and helpful and explained everything to me ! They performed his surgery soon after and called me immediately to let Me know it went well ! Would not recommend coming here to anyone! I not only had one but two horrible experiences here. Both of my situations were more urgent so i can not speak on a situation that’s not urgent. However, we took our at the time 9 month old cat here due to this freak sickness she developed where she’d cry in pain to be touched, couldn’t walk properly, and was lethargic. After several tests there was no conclusion other than to charge us a fortune to keep her overnight and give her fluids. I already had to apply for the care credit ... read more
I was nervous at first cause of the bad reviews but honestly the staff is very sweet and honest! And for a laceration that may need a staple or two. I felt the price was fair. Considering the cost of visit on a Sunday morning at 4 am, ecollar, medications and treatment . I wasn’t disappointed, and now I’m waiting to pick my fur baby up!
The people here are the best. They are so compassionate & caring. We’ve used their emergency services 3 times over the years. It’s comforting to know they’re there weekends & all hours of the night. Thank you all!
Yesterday, I called about my nearly 14 year old puppy. The girl on the phone was so sweet. The tech was also very sweet. The vet, Dr.Waska, could not have been kinder. I truly felt we were in such good hands in a very painful situation.
