They are very expensive at this “Emergency Hospital”
I took my dog last night because he wasn’t acting right. They diagnosed him with kidney failure. Kept him overnight until I could make arrangements with my vet. Then made me pick him up in the morning with out anything with my vet. Then made me drive all the way back saying that they would hold him for the day on them until I can find a vet that would keep him for observation. While driving home they call and say they will charge 3000.00. So I had to pick him back up without know what we are going to do now. They didn’t care... read more
We took our Dog here because his legs and everything were very swollen and he could not walk or barely move and he was moaning in pain. I only took him here because it was a Sunday and our Vet wasn't open til Monday. Bad move. They doped him up with opioids because he was "noisy" and then did an x~ray of his stomach but nothing else.This Vet misdiagnosed him with Food Bloat, charged us $1,000 Cash and then sent him home to die. Have needed to use this service 3 times over the course of 16 yrs. First two times, service and treatment could not have been better. This last time (11/10/17) was the worst. Support staff was very nice and caring. The veterinarian, Dr. Lisa Noble, left a lot to be desired. Our 15 yr. old cat suddenly was in extreme pain and could not use her hind legs. Everybody was very helpful and sympathetic when I brought my little buddy in at 5am. They seemed very knowledgeable and the facility is very clean and we'll equipped, they treated me as nice as they did my cat, thank you
Would be a zero but that isn’t an option. Absolute parasites who prey on the love you have for your pets and rape you with their prices.
At first, I was nervous to come here because of some of the reviews that said negative things, but honestly this place was such a positive experience. The doctors, nurses, and all staff were so accomadating and answered all my questions. I once called at 3:20am after my pup came home, because I had a question, the one nurse answered my question and was super sweet!
