Scarf presented to the Emergency Center late in the evening on 02.12.19, lethargic, regurging and severely dehydrated. The care we received from Ashley, whom answered the initial call, to Caitlin, his first nurse, to Dr. Reis, whom we cannot say enough about, was outstanding. He required bowel surgery early Wednesday morning, and the communication on his condition and prognosis was amazing. I had an update before he was extubated and felt extremely well informed. I can’t thank the entire staff enough for being so compassionate and caring during a very traumatic time for our cat, Patches’.Saying goodbye was so hard but the staffs gentleness and true heart felt compassion made it as peaceful as possible.
i brought my dog here and they were extremely rough with her and i have pics and everything. I will be contacting a lawyer. We didnt even find out whats wrong with her. I was afraid they were going to hurt her more.DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.
