I went through Berger and explained to them my situation with my last car and how they were taking advantage of me and overcharging. I recently have found out they have also over charged me (BERGER On 28th) with many fees I wasn’t fully informed about. It upsets me because at the beginning l, everything seemed smooth and easily taken care of and like they were on my side. Tonya is the best, she was able to get me into a 2020 Trax. i told her what color I wanted and she did it. She went above and beyond for me.
The service department was suppose to take off old rims from my new tires and put on the new rims, and on to a newer car. Charged me for it but just put the whole tire on the newer car. And then the new rims on the car getting salvaged!? Then didn’t have time to fix mistake till next day! Inconveniencing me and taking me away from work 2 times! Bob and the rest of Berger Chevrolet's pre-owned department went above and beyond to help find the right vehicle for me. I had a specific truck that I was looking for and they didn't have one on the lot, but they went out and found one for me within a couple days. Bob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles and their features. I highly recommend going to talk with him if you are looking for a pre-owned Chevy
We were very happy with our sales guy Bob. He found a couple of trucks for my son to look at b4 making a decision. His overall knowledge and interest in vehicles made it great talking with him. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and we were always greeted from mult people when we came in.
Nice people that help you find your vehicle at a price you can afford .I was hunting for a vehicle and I had gone so many places but they discriminate against your race and your appearance .Berger was the right place to get our SUV .Thanks
scott helped put me into a 2020 trax. he did a awesome job. he spends the time to get to know you and really find the vehicle you need and can afford. truly honest and caring with customers. highly recommended if you are looking for a vehicle.
