Took the car in for engine diagnosis....went to pick it up after hours to find they had BROKEN our window, NEVER told us, just taped a bag over the window with the KEYS INSIDE...because hey, plastic bags are just as impenetrable as glass and metal....yeah and keys nowhere to be found...

I bought my equinox through Berger in 2017 and LOVE IT! That whole process was smooth and I recommend Martin as a salesman. I also still drive to Berger for all my oil change needs. Steve McCann in service department is INCREDIBLE! He’s always in a good mood EVERY time I get my car serviced! He’s does his job very well and this is why I still come here. I’ll be back for my Tahoe in the near future ;)
