Melanie from Berger reached out to me regarding my vehicle lease and said they can help. She said Nathan from Berger would contact me. Nathan did not. Melanie was going to “let her manager” know. Contacted them twice this week about their “Berger cares” deal or whatever and they dropped the ball twice. The first time I was texting with someone and they just stopped responding. The second time, when the woman called me after my online inquiry, she said “I know we couldn’t make a deal, did something change?” I said no, no one ever got back to me. Me and my boyfriend bought a 2012 Chevrolet traverse on july 20th 2020. Not even 2 days after we bought it the ac stopped working when i mentioned to Joel Vargas that it was leaking and he said it does that when its on. So i said please make sure its working. I came in with the intention of comparing trade in value for my truck. I was upside down on it and Najid Ahmadi helped me get out of that debt with a wonderful trade in value and into a new truck! I would definitely recommend coming here for a good buying experience.
The service department is a joke. They over charge and do more work then necessary. They are also unorganized and provide a very poor customer experience. After assuring me that the kayaks on top of my car would not be a problem, they later called to tell me that they could not do the work because of the kayaks. So they can lift an entire engine out of a car but you can’t figure out how to take a kayak off a car???? Not only were they unable to fix my car, they still charged me!!!!
