The service department is a joke. They over charge and do more work then necessary. They are also unorganized and provide a very poor customer experience. After assuring me that the kayaks on top of my car would not be a problem, they later called to tell me that they could not do the work because of the kayaks. So they can lift an entire engine out of a car but you can’t figure out how to take a kayak off a car???? Not only were they unable to fix my car, they still charged me!!!! Outstanding service we were a little Bipolar on what we wanted but Joel Vargas helped us in out journey. Great customer service, very professional, patient and very informant. Very helpful. We had not so great credit but needed a vehicle to replace a very old very high mile vehicle. Todd Richards and the sales and financial team worked hard to not only give us the best value for our trade but put us in a 2018 with less than 30000 miles and still had a factory warranty. It was worth the trip down from Traverse City to deal with a such a great crew. I would recommend Berger to anyone in the state of Michigan and beyond. I wish more places were like Berger.
