Worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership!! I sat there for 2 hours while they tried to find financing dragging my credit down (and yes hard inquiries bring your credit down!!) the lady who was (supposed to be) taking care of me, couldn’t leave her phone alone, I brought up my credit karma so she could see my scores (not great but definitely better than some 640-680) she said oh great what we pull up is usually higher (lie #1) than credit karma, so as she was on the phone helping a customer (not me) find a part for ... read more

Huge shout out to Martin rudolf! We walked right in and told him what we wanted pice/and what we wanted in a vehicle and he pulled the rabbit out of the hat! I cannot thank Todd Richards, Andy Blackledge, Nick, & Chris enough!! My husband and I have been on a 2 month hunt for a vehicle for me to drive with our 3 kids. We have had some very bad experiences and were extremely nervous! Todd found us the perfect van - low miles, clean, right in our price range. Worst customer service ever. Hubby and I drove from Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids to trade in vehicles. They did not have anything we liked and said they would call us when something new came across. I checked inventory daily and called when there was something I liked. Andy would say he would call me back and let me know, never got a call back, text, email nothing. I would leave various voicemails and nothing back. Worst terrible service ever. Everyone was grumpy and rude. No one speak I would not recommend this place to anyone... read more
BIG thank you to Adam and Paul for being absolutely amazing!! They gave us time, patience, aswered SO MANY questions for us!!! After an accident left us a car down, they listened and got us EXACTLY what we needed (even when we didnt know!) They are experts and we will be back for any needs in the future! 10 stars guys!!
