Once again I’m posting that I would not recommend Berger. If you complain about the poor treatment you receive from their service people and their very unprofessional behavior, they ban you from getting service again and make discriminatory labels of you. Even after I spoke with a manager and he was able to resolve things, Lenny, the pompous general manger that works for them, is taking the stand of his employees, because he’s an idiot. Less than 24 hours! I had inquired online because most working families don’t have extra time to browse and sit at a dealership. Duane, who I purchased a used car from years ago, called me first thing in the morning to see what I was looking to do. Since I was looking to trade in and lease a new car he forwarded me to Darrell. Awesome staff, very happy with the service.
We took our 2015 Chevy Tahoe here to get some cosmetic damage repaired. When I picked it up yesterday it had a new side swipe/ scratches. Thankfully I had dated pictures to send to our insurance adjuster that those were not there a few days prior. Berger sent me on my way and told me to call insurance about it. Absolute garbage customer service and I’m pissed that I paid $500 to have new scratches in my car.
