RecommendedAccidentally wrapped my rear seatbelt around the head rest yesterday so I called Berger and was able to get in this morning. Some great guys, 2 paper clips, a flashlight and it was fixed in a few minutes. Awesome people to work with and I highly recommend Berger Chevrolet. Thank you guys very much.
Couldn’t get a simple oil change and tire rotation 2012 Malibu w104k miles wanted a full service inspection, told the guy I have my local dealership do that and all I wanted today was the service I came in for

My experience was great they where very fast and they explained everything.
Got my free oil change after paying for 4. They then told me punch card program ended and my next oil change will cost $66.00. No it won’t as I won’t be back.

Absolutely horrible customer servie! Refuses to contact me regarding my GAP claim that has been in pending for 3 months because Berger refuses to send in 1 document to finish the transaction. They will not return phone calls or anything. Not only do they owe me a refund for my policy but my totaled vehicle cannot get paid off until they send in the 1 document. We were short on time headed to a wrestling meet and needed our oil changed asap. The service department was training a new employee that day and we were a little concerned that it would take longer than we had. I was wrong on that and very impressed with the training and with the new employee .I am a master certified tech myself and also train employees ,your staff is spot on with the techniques and level of training needed to have a long lasting employee.
