RecommendedThe service department has been helpful in a couple of warranty issues and also service. Very pleased.
Terrible customer service. All 5 sales team members including the manager could not help me with retuning my leased car nor provide a solution. Currently sitting outside on the phone with customer service figuring out how to return my lease while all the team member are just standing around drinking coffee watching me out the window. Never leasing a car nor will be coming back to this dealership.

I’m too irritated to even share my bad experience at the moment. Poor communication between sales people or dishonesty, I haven’t decided if it’s one or both. Nonetheless, handled badly and a matter of principal. Bought a car, told them we had a deal, deposit made, and they sold it.
They could actually give you the initial deal that was discussed with you was it my bad I didn't read the papers yes but I assumed I was getting the deal I was initially talked to about so all I am saying is double the numbers if financing with this company also if they have the 3000 abobe market price for your trade make sure they actually give it to you because they weren't going to until I asked about it
Recently came across a piece of history in the way a of a 1985 Fiero GT for sale among the used vehicle inventory. Nick Butler was a pleasure to deal with from answering questions, to letting me look over the car in the service garage on a rainy evening. Couldn't be happier. Thanks 👊
Accidentally wrapped my rear seatbelt around the head rest yesterday so I called Berger and was able to get in this morning. Some great guys, 2 paper clips, a flashlight and it was fixed in a few minutes. Awesome people to work with and I highly recommend Berger Chevrolet. Thank you guys very much.
