My experience was great they where very fast and they explained everything.
Got my free oil change after paying for 4. They then told me punch card program ended and my next oil change will cost $66.00. No it won’t as I won’t be back.

Absolutely horrible customer servie! Refuses to contact me regarding my GAP claim that has been in pending for 3 months because Berger refuses to send in 1 document to finish the transaction. They will not return phone calls or anything. Not only do they owe me a refund for my policy but my totaled vehicle cannot get paid off until they send in the 1 document. We were short on time headed to a wrestling meet and needed our oil changed asap. The service department was training a new employee that day and we were a little concerned that it would take longer than we had. I was wrong on that and very impressed with the training and with the new employee .I am a master certified tech myself and also train employees ,your staff is spot on with the techniques and level of training needed to have a long lasting employee. Bought a brand new truck so I could have a worry free life on repairs. Drove my new truck and put 10,000 miles on it to find out that if I had come in for service before 7500 mile or 5000 miles depending on how you talked to they would have fixed the problem with my truck. But sense it has 10000 miles on it, they wouldn't fix it. seems kinda F'ed up. It's pretty bad that you lost a life long customer over 2500 miles.
In January of this year we purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze. It was advertised at $11,998 and we were written up at $14,900, the only comment we got was it was a miss print. My son really needed a car so we accepted it, shame on us. It took almost 3 weeks for the car to be released, at which time they came up with the idea of paying the first 2 months of payments, at this time only one has been given to us.
