Bought a brand new truck so I could have a worry free life on repairs. Drove my new truck and put 10,000 miles on it to find out that if I had come in for service before 7500 mile or 5000 miles depending on how you talked to they would have fixed the problem with my truck. But sense it has 10000 miles on it, they wouldn't fix it. seems kinda F'ed up. It's pretty bad that you lost a life long customer over 2500 miles.
In January of this year we purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze. It was advertised at $11,998 and we were written up at $14,900, the only comment we got was it was a miss print. My son really needed a car so we accepted it, shame on us. It took almost 3 weeks for the car to be released, at which time they came up with the idea of paying the first 2 months of payments, at this time only one has been given to us. Anyway we are not happy with this situation. Sharon
RecommendedBrian Isch provided great customer service. We have purchased two vehicles from him. He helped us find what we were looking for. Helped us with our trade ins as well. We plan on being return customers.

When you schedule an appointment, that doesn't mean they will fix it at that time, that's just when you can drop it off. Took another 2 hours to have a tech look at it and then another 5 hours to replace a sway arm, turn signal light and oil change. On top of that, when I showed up they couldn't find my car and then told me the mechanic took my keys home and I'd have to get a rental car and come get my car the next day. I drove 1.5 hours to look at a truck they had for sale only to get there and it was wrecked in the front they reassured me it was a beautiful truck before I drove all the way up there I would recommend not buying anything from this dealership. And there salesman lie right to your face like your stupid. Worst place in Michigan to buy a Vehicle
This review is for the collision shop. During the ice storm we got in Grand Rapids during the first week of February, a tree fell and hit my veh and smashed up my hood, my A pillar, my windshield was shattered and even my wipers. I called numerous other shops that were booked 4 weeks to a month out. They got me in right away and provided me a loaner. No headaches and the repair was done in about a week. My car now looks beautiful again. Thank you to Carrie and the team over at Collision!
Everyone at collision was amazing. From setting up my appointment, getting me a rental car, to the over all work done on my car- I was impressed! My car came back washed and detailed. I will come back to Berger in the future!
Great experience with the staff in the collision center. Everyone I spoke to were incredibly helpful. The car looked great and I would use their services again.
