Service department is horrible...and prices are way higher for my diesel Cruze oil change than Todd Wenzel in Hudsonville...nobody seemed to want to help me...they just wanted me to call back and talk to my service Representative who went home early.....Bye Felicia 💁♀️.
Just went in for a Oil Change and tire rotation last week! i waited over 3 hours and it seemed like they kept finding stuff wrong. we are heading out if town this weekend and my husband checked the window washer fluid b/c last time Berger didn't fill it! Well the window washer fluid again wasn't filled! I have a lease and have been doing business with Berger for 9 years but when my lease is up I might look somewhere else! I Berger for everything. Most recently just stopped by to get oil changes in 2 of our 9 vehicles. This visit was as smooth and fabulous as any other. Staff is always professional, super friendly and obviously did a great job getting me back on the road quickly. Now that they have two oild change bays with four stations total it's even better. They are always so considerate of me, the customer, and I love that about them!!!
Just bought my first Jeep from my guy Nick Butler!!!! This guy is awesome... with a cap A. Goes above and beyond just to make sure it’s the car you want, and also to make sure you get everything you deserve. The whole Berger team is amazing and very welcoming. Horrible and still no response ! Just bought a vehicle from them and they treated me awful and told me nothing but lies. It’s sad that they do their customers like this.
We have been to a few dealerships trying to find our next family vehicle and we weren't feeling comfortable with any of the "deals" others were trying to push on us. When we dealt with Hugh, he made everything go smoothly, no hoops to jump through, no pressure, just upfront-honest sales guy. Prices were much better for the same vehicle we were shopping at other dealers. Made the transition smooth from buying my old vehicle to getting in my new. Highly would recommend!
