Horrible experience with the customer service. I placed a preorder on July 25th and waited patiently. On Oct 10th, I chatted with one of their online customer service people to check the order status. The person told me that the order will be shipped on Oct 15th by FedEx and I will be receiving a notification then. Ordered shoes and they never shipped out after a week. Cancelled order and ordered from somewhere else. First and last time buying here.
