I returned an order more than one month ago, and since the order was placed with an gift card, they sent the refund gift card in regular mail, BUT to a wrong address. I've contacted the customer service multiple times during the month and no one can solve this simple problem and reissue me the refund, or no one even cares. Don't you really care about your long time customer at all? Need to know where is the right place to solve this problem. You can't just hold my money for months!!!

My greatest customer support experience with Teresa from Bergdorf Goodman today. She was not only not able to figure out simple math and address my problem, but also hang up on me rudely. That's an eye opening experience for me to learn how bad customer service could be.

A wonderful store and the window displays are something to see
I placed an order - BergdorfOrder WB1299500116 (LTK112270785713X) on April 23rd that was "in stock and to be shipped within 3-5 business days". I am still awaiting my shipment. When I complained to your customer service I received an email today saying "We will cancel your order". I did not ask for my order to be cancelled; I want you to just ship my order as promised. I placed an order for Loubiton heels for my wife on February 4th. It took them close to 2 weeks to get them. She needed a different size. I sent them back for exchange. They received them 2/19. Today I received a pair of sandals that were not the Loubiton heels. I contacted customer service and it will take 2 days for them to email what the problem is.
