How unbelievable if you need to wait for your order for 2 months or more! My order(WB1490560082) was placed at Sep 16th, and I'm still waiting for the last item(Geno Aura Essence), called twice, last time they told me the estimate deliver time is Oct 14th, it didn't show, now it has been pushed back to late Nov. I mean, I understand sometimes item will be sold out pretty quick, but please at least give an accurate estimate...Disappointed!

Shame on you. Just because I'm wearing a beanie and carrying a Forever 21 shopping bag does not mean that I don't have money to spend here. I shouldn't have to stand around for 15 minutes on your sales floor to try on a pair of Louboutins. I even walked around with the shoe in my hand and no one offered to help. I had more interaction with a server since you were having an event (he asked me 3 times if I wanted champagne, a dessert, and seltzer) than any of your actual staff. I had trouble getting a shirt I wanted over at Barney's. Walked over to Bergdorf's. Described the shirt, but they did not have. However, they offered to custom make the shirt for me. The service at BG is perfection!

I generally shop at NM but found the salespeople at Bergdorfs to be very rude. They should remember that the customers are why they make their commission and should go a little out of their way for them instead of being so stuffy. I took my business to Saks instead and will not be back.
