Well I called today -Saturday and requested the operator. I guess there are NO operators working on Saturday. Took a pick of my phone after holding for 4 min and YAWN after 5 minutes and gave up. I don't know how there is any customer satisfaction in that . Such a disappointment for stores that put out a caring , knowledgeable line of taking care of their customers. ReAlly..... ⁉️

My first time purchase, and very disappointed! I ordered a Mansur Gavriel bucket bag (black/flamma color). I was so happy to received my parcel today after the waiting, and now I found out they send me the WRONG color (black/royal). Very disappointed! Even thought the wrong color still looks good, but is still not my first choice. I think I will keep this bag because I don't want to wait for return thing but definitely not going to shop here again.
