Bought a luxury handbag in November. A piece was falling off in less than three weeks, so I contacted my sales person for repairs. Shipped the bag to BG at my own cost. No response, no acknowledgement that the bag was received and that it's being worked on. I contact my sales person. But it's not his job to help me any more. Very disappointed!!!!!! Placed a order back in September during a gift card promotion event, more than 3 months have passed, I still haven't got the gift card that I suppose to get. Horrible customer service! Wasted an hour and half on my issue and it's still not solved! Stop changing your words, give me false information and tell me to keep waiting for the GC that I should receive by today, it's your marketing team's fault not mine!

Why does everyone complain this isn't Nordstrom or Bloomingdale's....the high end Macy's lol... they do followup and I just love everything about them. No complaints here!
