Greed plus insecurity = fur coats. Fur is for ugly women and beautiful animals. Dozens of animals are anally or vaginally electrocuted, drowned, skinned alive or bashed against the floor for each fur coat. Stop selling cruelty. Completely unnecessary. Evolve already. We're not cavemen.

First time shopping at Bergdorf Goodman ,and too bad it will be the last time too. I ordered my items on 9/17th, and still have not receive my items yet. I have tried all that I can do (calls, emails, and livechat).Bergdorf Goodman YOU SUCK!! The worst shopping Experience EVER!

I gave one star only because there is no "less than one star" option. I made an order on Sep.14th, and during the last two weeks, I keep trying to contact them, their customer service reps showed NO REPUTATIONS AT ALL. And last week they said will send it probably on Oct.4th, now they said will send it on Oct.8th. I was so disappointed and will NEVER EVER buy anything from this store.

Best store in the USA and maybe the world!! Had a lovely late lunch during steamy rain shower; purchased a divine pair of fendi boots and an Adam lippes denim jumper. Everyone was incredibly friendly and gracious. They shipped my purchases and the process was seamless.

Their customer service is totally sucks! They cancelled my order without any notice! When I tried to replace the order the lady who helped me took ages to type my information, and then told me almost everything are sold out! I was so upset and tired to ask her help so I cancelled it. Today I called them again, the supervisor apologized without any sincere even no any offer or suggestion to help me. I feel so angry, I will not use their website anymore. If there is 0 star I would give them 0!

I ordered more than two weeks ago and the scheduled delivery date keeps changing. Nobody was able to tell me what is going on. Super disappointed. Will never shop at BG again.

The customer service did nothing to help you solve problem, order will be reviewed forever and no one willing to help. if you just don't want to ship out anything just told those people do not pick up the phone and pretend they want to help!!
