This store is what every fashion lover seeks out. The store still mystifies me like the first time I entered its doors at 15 years old.
Never had a bad experience at BG whether we buy or literally just window shop. We just enjoy the store and specifically the restaurant. From Victor and Jeffrey who always make us feel welcomed and treat us like VIP AT RESTAURANT to the associates in shoes, handbags for our daughter or men's store, always a positive experience.

There's honestly no reason that an order should take 10 days to ship. Especially when it's not the holiday season. I'm cancelling my order and I will not be shopping here again.

Around mid-november 2016 I went into Bergdorf Goodman. I was in a rush and wanted to buy a new pin-collar shirt from Tom Ford. I told him that I needed the shirt quickly because I had to go to NASDAQ in 30 min. First he brought me the wrong shirt, then he brought me a pin-collar shirt. I couldn't use it then, because I had 10 min. to get to NASDAQ but upon trying it now, he certainly gave me a bad choice. The collar is too big, the length of the arm is also too big. There is nothing like Bergdorf. The best shopping in the world and my fav lunch spot in nyc. The bartender yesterday was the best I have ever had. It was a perfect day for me! Ty BG!
