The first time I went here, years ago, I didn't understand nor appreciate BG. Now, I am in awe of the store, the displays, the sales associates, etc. I appreciate the sales associates and their attention to all customers. The knowledge of the staff at BG is amazing! I highly recommend visiting the home department, too. It's like walking into a fabulous dream! BG will always be one of the best stores.
The best store anywhere. You can even have lunch on the 7th floor overlooking Central Park.
The service was impeccable. A true luxury experience.
The women's shoe department is like a candy store, or museum of beautiful shoes. Second to none. Bring a thick wallet if you're not just looking. It's beautiful, either way.

My wife ordered the peony pink color of Prada Saffiano Wallet on a chain. When she opened the package, it was gold color. The packing slip also said GOLD color. I immediately asked her to call the customer service. The representative insisted my wife ordered the Gold color online and will not exchange it to peony pink. DISHONEST eCommerce business!!
