Joan in the bridal bouquet was fabulous.... and so was our lunch
I ordered a black cocktail dress for my girlfriend. Then, they canceled my order for who knows why and didn’t contact me! I called them to ask what was up and now the dress isn’t available. Wasn’t even offered something that was similar, or any incentive to keep my business. If you make a mistake, and yes, you made a mistake, then fix it! Don’t just say sorry and that’s it. Terrible way to do business. They won’t be getting mine anymore.
They have a buyer(s) with a good eye, who are able to source for designer runway pieces that are exclusive to Bergdorf Goodman. Unfortunately, the box containing my item was slightly damaged when it arrived. Other than that, the item arrived unscathed and looked pretty much brand new. I would continue to shop with Bergdorf for those extraordinary pieces that ordinary buyers at other places would not order. It is good to know a luxury store that knows its niche.
Love this store. Worth the trip from Canada!!!! Great sales people and fabulous one of a kind items available. Love the service, the store, the ambience and everything that goes along with the sophisticated style they have.

Most elegant and wonderful store in NYC, they also have a fabulous restaurant on the 7th floor.
Always an experience to go to their Fifth Avenue "brick & mortar" flagship store. They are held to a higher standard & always come through. Yes, obviously, being a store of this caliber the prices are high ( but expected). Customer Service, displays, sales associates ( in store) are all first rate. ( Never dealt w/ them Online so can not comment on the service there)
