POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I place an order on their website and pick up my previous apartment address accidentally. I contacted them immediately after I found the packages were delivered. The customer service told me they will ask Fedex to pick up the packages and send back to me. However, I found they only have Fedex take one of the two packages last week, and never send me the package to my current address as we talked on phone. I have been wearing Eau D’Adrian for years! my Wife wanted me to try a couple of different ones and she was sold two bottles by a saleperson who claimed they were unisex (Rose Absolut and Le Muget). They are not unisex. When we tried to exchange the bottles with Eau D’Adrian, the Anick Goutal representative at the Berdsoff Gorman counter, in NYC, named Alison, was rude and dismissive. Disgusting experience,purchased a pair of boots and they fallen apart after 3 times of wear.Contacted Lorna Brown at customer relations in NY store and Ambar Benazeer Executive Support at Neiman Marcus without any support.Sally Gold the ladies shoe department manger confirmed that "boots could get beaten before shipping them to me"What the hell. They are not taking any responsibilities for the poor quality of merchandise the company selling for a large amount of money!!!!Such a shame!

I love the fact that I can shop for luxury items and have them shipped tax free to my state. That’s it. The 5th floor fitting rooms are so hot and tiny. There’s no seat and only one rack. It makes it hard when you have a ton of clothes to try and there’s no room for them In addition to your own clothes and bags. I also walked around for a while with lots of items in my arms before I was approached to offer a room. It seems like the experience should be more luxurious when that much money is being spent.
