My favourite store in NYC! Shoe department is divine. Finally managed to get my Louboutin shoe boots on Friday!! Alan who helped me was fantastic, so knowledgable about the brand and the fit. Fantastic shopping experience!!

The most incompetent customer service reps ever. They are unprofessional, emtitelist lazy skilled employees. What an embarrassment to Bergdorf Goodman. This is supposed to be a high-class retail department store. The online customer service reps nothing short of Walmart employees.
Christmas gift not delivered in time as promised. Huge disappointment.

Wasn’t greeted at all of the few that were on the selling floor were on their cell phones texting and others chatting among themselves trust I wasn’t the only client there probably 2 sales associates were with customers most likely I won’t shop there anymore I took my business to Saks Fifth Ave and i must say from the moment I got off elevator I was greeted my associate was extremely helpful and help me with all my selections
