Beautiful Christmas window displays! Beautiful store!
I ordered a bag 2 weeks ago.. they said last week delivery might be delayed cause it getting shipped from store.. call back yesterday n they said they canceled my order because the bag is not in stock.. so my question is why have stuff to order online that is not in stock.. im really pissed off.. now I can’t surprise my wife for Christmas.. n they talking about I’ll get 20% off my next purchase... it should be at least 30% or 40% off my next purchase!!!

This was my first time interested in an item from this store. Customer service was terrible. Sat on hold for almost a half hour, then woman was rude saying that she can't look to see if an item was in stock (didn't want to help me what so ever) and she transferred me to a dead line . Wasted a half hour of my life. Fail.
La tienda es super linda, si uno va, la tratan como a reina, veo comentarios sobre los envios a otros paises, al ser una tienda exclusiva y pequeña siento que su fortaleza radica en la elegancia y calidad de atenciom cuando uno va a comprar de forma presencial a la quinta avenida en new york :)
