The worst store in the world! I live in Australia. I constantly shop with Neiman Marcus (parent company of Bergdorff) and Saks Fifth Avenue. Every single time I’ve ever tried to order something from Bergdorfs they totally stuff it up! I’ve phoned their customer service and paid for the phone call so many times. I’m always promised that they would fix mess up, call me back within 24 hours, etc. They NEVER PHONE BACK. They NEVER ANSWER MY EMAILS OF COMPLAINT. The customer service is better than anywhere else
Ordered a pair of jeans and they sent the completely wrong jeans (wrong size, brand, color). Tried to return them but received a letter saying they couldn't be returned because the order was fulfilled by a store??? Have not been refunded yet- would just like to be able to return jeans that don't fit and get a refund, it's been about a month. Would NOT recommend!

We shop there for many years, especially for the past 20 years since we moved to Manhattan. But my recent experience made me quite disappointed. I called 5th FL, sales woman made me hold 13 min, not much help, called floor manager and left message but never returned my call.
