Worst communication ever! Not foreigner friendly! I ordered via website few days ago when there was beauty offers (gift with purchase). Customer service sent me a mail cause they need to confirm some points. I sent all my personal information : french ID personal bank information a copy of my credit card etc. I received another mail to confirm my order was oki.
