Bergdorf’s is my favorite NYC store. They carry all very good lines. Lovely atmosphere. Last night I was noticing the beautiful marble floors! Also, the Seventh Floor has the best selection of Home Accessories! Definitely New York’s most elegant department store.
I’ve ordered twice from Bergdorf Goodman in the past few months designer, high end shoes and both times got a used pair. I shipped them back for a refund and they shipped back to me with a letter that they can’t take them back because they look worn! I called them and gave them a piece of my mind. How dare they accuse me of returning shoes that look worn when that’s how they originally shipped to me??? TWICE!!! Never again.
