It’s a wonderland of happiness and cheer. I was assisted by the most knowledgeable and friendly sales person and she went over and above great customer service. I first went there to just look around and, because of her, I purchased a number of items. Her name is Jules Kim. She should get a promotion.

Going there in person is a much different experience than ordering from them online. I’ve been waiting two months for an item that is still on back order, yet they have it online as available. I get emails to call and they say the same thing, still on back order. I’ve given up. If it ever gets here I will fall over. Note to self: Do not order luxury items online.
