I was shipped a damaged designer bag, told that the online exchange process could take 6 weeks but I could go exchange it in-store, which wasn't true. Customer service gave me the wrong information the two times I spoke with them, the sales reps in the store didn't seem to know what they were talking about, the women's clothing selection wasn't great, and the store was surprisingly dirty. Pretty disappointing.
WORST on line customer service ever! Wonder if these are even real reps as the replies are very standardized AND each reply is from a DIFFERENT rep!! Sooo frustrating! I have a Tom Ford autoship for almost 2 yrs and all of a sudden they are shipping to an incorrect address EVEN tho I have advised 3 times of the correct address! I was supposed to be in New York last weekend and when I couldn’t make it I ordered a crystal art item through your app. I wasn’t sure how it would be packaged so I called(and WAITED) finally, a representative came to the phone and all I had asked for was a Bergdorf box to be shipped with my piece. After fifteen minutes I was told she could try and order a Neimans box but is unable to send a Bergdorf box. Unlike the store a few blocks away that recently closed. Bergdorf's means class and classiness! While Barney's were harassing it's African American customers. While at Bergdorf's i felt welcomed! I never felt "profiled" while at Bergdorf. I'd leave Barney's and go to Bergdorf then down to Dover Street Market. This is a great opportunity for BG to up their game with more brands in store and online which right now Farfetch reins! Good luck BG. PS, get some Celine mens while it is a little obscure online except for their site.
