The customer service is sub-par to say the least! Which is disappointing as they a luxury retailer. My sister had purchased a Balenciaga Hourglass in sand which was a Bergdorf exclusive. She had purchased the very last one which she was so excited about, when she got her package she received the wrong bag of LESSER value. I was told in December that I was getting a gift card for the expensive Moncler jacket that I purchased three days before a gift card event. I suggested that I could return the coat and repurchase for my order to be qualified for the event. An associate told me that I didn't need to do so - I could get the gift card in 6-8 weeks. I called them in March and was told that I was not going to get the gift card because my order did not qualify, and the person who talked to me gave me the wrong information.
