Do not buy from this company! You know normally, you purchase a bunch of things online then you see what looks cute and return it if it doesn't.... Well, if you buy online from Bergdorf Goodman and return the item via post and not in-store they DO NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. They send you a gift card instead. Their customer service team is hell to deal with. POOR excuse of a luxury retailer.

On March 12th I purchased two Canadian Goose parkas (Over $2000) and used the shipping label PROVIDED to me by Bergdorf Goodman on March 14th for a return. TODAY I receive a box in the mail with two CHEAP pair of shoes and a letter stating that what I returned was not their merchandise and they will not refund me. I went in yesterday to buy a wallet and EVERY staff member I passed was friendly and extremely courteous. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy who helped me pick out the perfect Gucci wallet. He was wonderful
Your page ad just popped up on my fb page and evidently...227 other women. Did not see one....positive reply AND...I didn't even get to the absurd prices of this spring 2019 debut in order to make a very easy decision. NO to unrealistic fashion. These designs are about you and dressing paper dolls. I sadly discourage this line. Bergy, I truly think that you are out of touch with real women.
The store is amazing and the sales people are wonderful to work with.
