The customer service is horrible bad bad bad bad bad. They sent me the color that is not and they argue me instead of sending the correct order. It was my first purchase and the last one I never buy again there is the worst I've seen
The View was magnificent, the waitstaff impeccable, and the food divinely delicious. The wine was the lightest and most beautiful that I've had in a long time. Kyle had a chicken spinach and lentil dish and I had duck with raisins pine nuts and about 5 different kinds of lettuce. And of course the birthday girl got a flourless chocolate torte with cherries, highlighted with fresh coddled cream.
I love Bergdorf Goodman, I live close by and I really recommend this store which is so charming, the founder was a French tailor name Herman Bergdorf immigrant from Alsace and he associated with Mr Goodman. I am a French immigrant too and I understand now my connection to that store which is very French style, elegant, located in the best location of Manhattan !
Best store ever! Even if you think you can't afford anything you can't afford to not look. The best taste level at the forefront of fashion selection and inspiration. Their windows are not to be missed.
My friend and I had the best time and experience at your store yesterday, especially at the Chanel boutique where we not only founded what we wanted but we also made new friends, kudos to all the wonderful sales people there and a big kiss and hug to Shawn he is the best! and of course, wonderful Mrs. Connie and Winston, can't wait to come back.
Bergdorf Goodman got a mark of one star because one star is the lowest mark in the system of Facebook. My order has been canceled after I paid online, and no one gives me feedback or solution about it. As an international customer, this cancel due to ran out of stock provided me lots of inconvenience and no one even care about it! After this experience, I just figured out that Bergdorf Goodman doesn't care about international customers at all. You're not stay in USA means you will be treated unfairly.
Amazing Restaurant at the 7 floor. You can not missed the experience of being there.
