The afternoon Tea was exceptional. The staff and service was helpful and amazing!
I purchased over 2k la Mer products, there supposed come with a 4-piece gift offer with one of the purchased, when I received the email confirmation, they cut off the gift and send me a 10% discount offer for my next purchase. BUT apparently the apology was so lame that couldn't add on my order with another off! Is this their true atitude of their apology?! Stupid process to deal with customer's complaint. I made a claim on a order 16 days (they said they need 5-7 business days to process) ago and contacted them for 7 times to get a update for the claim, every customer service staff told me they are in the process but nothing really happens. One of the staff also promised me a temporarily credit if no result by Thursday, but again, they broke their promise. Don't shop at their store if you get other choices.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced
I placed an order on the 22nd of the month for a gift for my wife, who's Birthday is tomorrow, the 31st. I was told that the gift would arrive at my business address, to maintain the surprise , on the 30th. Unfortunately, after contacting BG, the item has not even shipped! My wife will not be receiving her 40th Birthday gift. I have contacted my Credit card company, Citi-Bank (Visa) and they had approved the charge, in fact BG has removed the funds from my account, but is saying that they are still verifying my information. ... read more
I have been trying to order merchandise for 5 days now on an overnight purchase and have not been able to get it through. The purchase system in place is poor with no options to verify the status of orders. I will not purchase anything from these stores in the future.
