Bergdorf Goodman is an AMAZING store ! Every time I visit NYC its one of the first places I go . The customer service is outstanding ! As a fellow retail sales associate I give 5 stars to Bergdorfs amazing staff, fashion and overall great experience . I hope to someday work my way to NYC and work for this amazing company !

I will never order from this store again. I have been charged 3x for a purchase i ordered. I have not received a conformation or tracking #. I've had to contact the store everyday to get the charges reversed. Calling Bergdorf and my bank has been a headache. I've been told different information each time on when my purchase will be shipped out. What the store did offer was a refund of $15.00 shipping fee with a $50.00 gift card. But I have yet received any information on the status of my purchase.
I had a wonderful visit with my family. The staff was awesome so I put on a little performance for them (they loved it) Thanks Karole Larsson and crew.
It's best shopping place for men.
Worst online service ever. Ordered 2 weeks ago, no update. Nothing. Unbelievable. Stick to retail, etail is not for you!
Love this store when in NYC always go there great fragrances great silver and antiques and fabulous cloths !
