I bought a chanel bag at bergdorf ,and the saleslady, told me that If I needed to fix it, I could do it in Brazil. However, as I bought an exclusive collection, Chanel in Brazil didn't allow me to fix my bag, saying that my bag has no warranty or repair in Brazil. I' m very disapointed , because in my last vacation in Paris, they have been informed that I must do it in Brazil.
