I shopped there once, while I was visiting NY, and the staff made me feel like a princess! I highly recommend this store. Best shopping experience ever!!!
Although the merchandise selection is stellar, the online customer service leaves much to be desired. I placed an order online in late 2014 and it was back-ordered for several months (4+). No biggie. I was contacted after the initial estimated time period and told I would have to wait some more. Unfortunately, the order was cancelled and I never received the merchandise. I would recommend Bergdorf Goodman to get it's logistics in order.
Excelent customer service! I love everyone at the men's store too! I just love shopping here and saying hi to Bruce Pask and Linda Fargo whenever I'm there. You people are so fabulous!
At the cosmetics department bergdorf goodman comes in first and macy's is not professional and they r rated 0.

My favorite shopping destination! Customer service is always excellent and the restaurant is spectacular. Daniel in Goyard is my absolute favorite, always helpful and knows his bags. BG is just the best.
It's a worst company when it comes to the returns. I have ordered a givenchy bag and it was not the one I wanted I returned it mind you I ordered it online and now I am having the hardest time getting my return back. It was my first time shopping from their online and seems like it was delivered from the store and no one effin knows what is going on with my return . It has been the most frustrating experience . I will never shop here .
